Barry Pier

I am currently on the Board responsible for our Directory and co-leader of our Beer Tasting interest group.   After 20 years living in in the Foothills west of Denver my wife, Janeen and I moved here late 2020 to be closer to our son, his wife, and our six-year-old grandson.  We built a new home within five miles of them, in the midst of COVID, and moved in a year later.  This was our fifteenth move after living in Evergreen CO, Newcastle WA, Plano TX, London England, Friendswood TX, Dana Point CA, Katy TX, Aberdeen Scotland and Houston, TX.   I am a former entrepreneur, retiring prior to leaving Evergreen after 25 years of wireless, internet and e-commerce startups.  Janeen and I enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, flyfishing and downhill skiing.  I also enjoy golfing.  We look forward to meeting all those we have not yet met.
