DESCRIPTION:The Headed Out Group September Outing:\nAt Yates Mill County Park we plan to hike just over 3 miles (more if the group desires) on the Creekside Trail\, High Ridge Trail\, to the end bit of the Mill Pond trail. The trails are rated easy (which is very easy); moderate; and strenuous. Wearing good walking-in -the -woods shoes recommended\, bring water\, sunscreen.\nAfterwards we head to the NC State Dairy Creamery–the Howling Cow — for delicious ice cream!! (100 Dairy Lane\, Raleigh 27603.)\nCredit cards or Apple Pay needed for the purchase of ice cream.
