DESCRIPTION:Refugee Hope Partners (RHP) work with resettled refugees to help them integrate and thrive in the local community.  Since its inception in 2007\, RHP has served more than 3\,200 refugees representing 83 different countries!  We’ll be part of the Homework Help program\, providing 1-on-1 tutoring to elementary school children by listening to them read and helping with math worksheets.
